Your sunny day darkens as the emotional storms roll through. The fear, the shame, the anger all get to be too much, so you go numb and have a hard time sharing what’s going on inside.

Hi! I’m Rose.

I help couples with communication challenges, resolving conflicts, & processing past traumas that are impacting their connection.

Your body and mind both play important roles in the success of your relationship. I will teach you about how the body and mind interact so you can gain more understanding of yourself, your partner, and patterns in your relationship. Yes, this includes getting your hands dirty practicing skills to help you work with your emotions and to communicate with compassion. And if you’re still down to explore, there are many places we can go to work through the roots of your pain that play out in your relationships. Working together, you’ll walk away from therapy empowered with the knowledge, tools, and skills to have secure relationships rooted in deep understanding of yourself and your partner.
