Hey there, I’m Rose. I help folks work through complex PTSD / childhood trauma and reconnect with themselves. I get it, trauma has a way of seeping into everything and can leave us feeling disconnected. It can be overwhelming to figure out where to begin the healing journey. 

Trauma healing looks a little different for each person & has some similar threads. A few of the common elements I help people with include:

  • reconnecting with your body, emotions, & needs
  • learning ways to process emotions without the overwhelm
  • exploring attachment wounds and relationship patterns
  • processing past painful experiences so they don’t hold the same weight in the present
  • forming relationships with different parts of yourself & building self compassion
  • learning how to express your feelings and needs authentically and set healthy boundaries
